Book Review: ‘Six Trillion Dollar Man’ will have you guessing to the end
Publisher Synopsis: Can one person pay off the U.S. national debt?
That is what Duncan Stuart-Bruce wants to know. In “The Six Trillion Dollar Man,” a secret royal legacy gives one man the means to make history as no one has before.
Will Duncan overcome the unexpected tragedies that would stop a lesser man? Who are the latest victims of the “Bruce curse” that has plagued the family for centuries?
Even with monumental life events repeatedly knocking him off his feet, Duncan retains the drive, passion and vision to tackle an elusive goal.
My Take: I really enjoyed the book. Moore’s writing style is concise and seamless.
He drew me into the story from the first page, where the year is 1308 and the first Bruce meets with England’s King William I, continuing the Bruce family saga to the present day.
The story continues through the years weaving known political and historical figures into the story.
The strength of the book lies in the fact that Moore has created a storyline nobody has done before.
He has a very unique plot, and you will have no idea what the outcome will be until you reach the last page.
My Rating: 5 out of 5.
